Trainade Performance

Trainade Performance is an intra-workout, supercharged electrolyte blend with a dual energy delivery system, utilising both glucose and fructose designed to be used by active individuals and athletes during their workouts. 

It contains glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio, scientifically supporting optimal energy uptake and absorption in the gut along side a balanced electrolyte mix to replace essential fluid lost during workouts.
