Defense Soap’s Oatmeal Bar combines the deep-cleaning power the brand is known for with the natural skin benefits of oatmeal.

Oatmeal contains natural saponins, which act as gentle cleansing agents that help remove excess oil, dirt, and dead skin cells from deep within the pores. It’s also rich in fatty acids and polysaccharides, helping moisturise and hydrate the skin after training.

Like all Defense Soap bars, this soap is triple milled. This process ensures consistency and quality while creating a denser, longer-lasting bar that produces a smooth, rich lather designed to trap dirt and wash it away from the skin.

The bar also contains natural tea tree and eucalyptus oils, known for their antimicrobial properties, helping support clean and healthy skin in training environments.

Defense Soap bars are made with all-natural ingredients and are free from parabens, sulfates, SLS, triclosan, and synthetic fragrances.
